About is an online discounter offering original and aftermarket powersports parts & accessories. We keep our costs to a minimum so we can provide the lowest pricing possible to our customers. We have a retail store located minutes off I-75 near Knoxville, Tennessee.
We sell hundreds of OEM and aftermarket parts & accessories. We discount hundreds more items not listed on our web site. All you need to order items not listed on our web site is the part number and use our "Quick Order" function on right side of our web site.

All items we sell are brand new. We do not sell used, "seconds", or blemished items.

You will be notified via email if any of the items you ordered are no longer available or back ordered. Backordered items may be cancelled at any time without incurring a restocking fee if the item(s) have not yet shipped. Items that are no longer available will be removed from order.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website or on other websites such as shopping engines.
Small Order Fee
Orders containing OEM parts and totaling less than $65 are charged an additional fee of $7.
Orders consisting of only aftermarket items are never charged a small order fee.
Cancellation Policy
Because many of the items we offer are 'special order' items, we charge the customer when an order is placed. We then must order the products from the manufacturer or supplier. The process of pulling the items from a warehouse and preparing them for shipment begins immediately after an order is placed. Because most of our suppliers charge a 15% restock fee* on cancelled orders, or returns; we must pass that charge on to you if you cancel your order after placing it with us. WE CHARGE 15% RESTOCK FEE* on ALL cancelled orders. There is a minimum $5.00 restock fee on any order that has been placed then cancelled. Shipping Policy
Most Aftermarket items normally ship within 1-3 business days. Items which are closeout/discontinued may require additional processing time due to limited availability.
Most oem replacement parts ship within 2-6 business days.
Delivery estimates are not a guarantee, and we cannot be held responsible for delays. Many of the products we sell are not stocked at our location. We normally receive these items from our distribution warehouses in 1-3 business days. Stocking more products would increase our overhead and ultimately, increase our prices.

International orders:
We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
We cannot be responsible for packages once the tracking shows they left the USA. However, we will assist in any way possible if needed. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties or customs charges. Customer is responsible for any duties or customs charges imposed.

Oversize Items We do not ship oversize items such as frames, ATV Fenders, Snowmobile belly pans, personal watercraft seats, snowmobile and personal watercraft hoods, and a few other items. This web site may allow you to add these items to your cart by part number even though we will not ship these items. These items will be removed from the order and credit for them issued back to the original form of payment.

Closeout/discontinued items
All closeout/discontinued items are final sale and are not returnable/exchangeable. This will be noted on the item's page at the time of purchase.
Missing/Defective/Damaged Goods
We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods. Please keep all original packaging of any item damaged in shipment for inspection. No refunds will be given on damage claims. Replacement with identical item only.
Warranty Claims
We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
Return & Exchange Policy

All returns & exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by us and a copy of the invoice. Return Authorization can be requested ONLINE by clicking here to contact us.



  • No exchanges on OEM parts - returns only (see return section below)
  • Most items may be exchanged one time without a restocking fee. Additional exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned item.
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs of the replacement item.


  • Please contact us for a Return Authorization.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective returns (20% for all OEM parts)
  • Returned items MUST be RECEIVED by us no later than 30 days from invoice date! (only 15 days for OEM parts)
  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping

Return/Exchange Acceptance Guidelines:

  • All items must be in NEW, resellable condition with all documentation, tags, etc. intact. Any item which has been used, worn, damaged or had tags/labels removed will be returned to you.
  • All items must be in original, non-modified (including writing), undamaged packaging.
  • Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during shipping. We will not be responsible for returns arriving damaged.
  • Enclose a copy of your original invoice with the RMA number and a note stating whether you are returning for refund or exchange.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection for misuse, damage, or improper packaging for return shipping. It will be at the sole discretion of oemcycle to provide refund, replacement, or return item without refund.
